The mod, created by modder dkluin, can be downloaded from Moddb, and on its page the modder boasts not only a combination of GTA's biggest maps, but also gang wars, additional vehicles and weapons, and a multiplayer mode. According to Dark Side Of Gaming, version 4.1.7 adds some more polish to the map, like fixing collisions in Vice City and updating the radar map. This update to GTA: Underground comes with a built-in installer, and has had several fixes and improvements implemented. These three cities make it very obvious that they are modelled after some well-known real cities in America, namely San Francisco, Miami, and New York respectively. San Andreas, Vice City, and Liberty City are in there, and most fans would call one of these cities from major GTA games in the series their favorite.
